" A Couple of White Guys Sittin' Around Talkin' " takes place
in the apartment
of life-long friends, Bick and Nazz, two late-twentysomethings who
are one car repair away from having to move back with their mothers.
They are facing another usual night of video games, horror movies,
conversation and
(for Bick) many fried chicken dinners.
Nazz is in crisis. His girlfriend wants him to become Vegan.
Nazz isn't happy about this, but, since discovering that sex isn't a
solo sport, wants it to continue and is afraid
if he doesn't do what she wants ...
He wants Bick to comiserate with him and support him in his
"Vegan-quest".
Bick can't understand why Nazz is trying to become Vegan when he
doesn't want to.
Then a blackout happens. In the dark, Nazz plots his revenge
on Bick.
Who is participating in this project:
Wayne Coughlin, Mike Boas, Joe Thompson, and Mike

TO SEE THE PROPOSED BUDGET
I currently serve on the Board of Directors of Rochester Movie
Makers, Inc.,
a non-profit, 501c3 corporation. The purpose of this
organization is to create, develop and promote filmmaking and
filmmakers in Rochester, NY.
This is done by sponsoring film making events, providing networking
opportunities and assisting filmmakers in finding actors, locations,
crew, props, etc.
The filmmakers (myself included) fund these projects out-of-pocket;
working with extremely small budgets (less than $1,500), and use
volunteers and volunteered equipment, locations and props to produce
these films.
I hope you can join in supporting independent film. I want to
make at least
one more short film before the end of the year, maybe two and
finding
additional
funding can make that happen.
